I've decided to take control of my You Tube channel and do a little bit of scheduling.  From now on my channel will feature crochet projects every Monday which will be uploaded at 7am.  So if you are a crochet lover and want to only watch crochet related videos then you know when to tune in. Better still subscribe to my channel (linked at the end of this post) and you'll never miss a thing.

My first Monday was a double whammy for you where I made both Big and Little Crochet hexagons from books 12 and 13.  So why no...

Are you a crocheter or knitter?

Do you love a good challenge?

Do you like giving something back?

Do you want an excuse to buy more stash or use up what you have?

Then pop over to Ben's Beanies on Facebook right now and sign up to get involved in the Ben's Beanie 100 Beanie Challenge.

Ben was my nephew who died in December 2017 from undiagnosed Type 1 Diabetes. He was just 18 years and exactly 3 months old. Ben was born on Sept 8th and died on December 8th. So in memory of him and his kind giving heart and following his etho...

I'm not sponsored or gifted this part work series by Hachette, but I am loving the Big and Little Crochet series. There were teething troubles in the beginning but things seem to be running very smoothly now and it's so exciting to get that little package through the post each month.

I loved the hexagons for the throw this month too, they are gorgeous and one was a little tricky but the other was pretty straight forward. The yarn colours this time were amazing, I loved them and think I've tracked them down as Rico Aran...

I used to love stamping as a kid and never thought I'd still be loving it in my 50s but I am!

I have been quite a tentative stamper if the truth be known but I thought I'd try to encourage other crafty minded folk into the joys of stamping by sharing some tips.

I'm not an authority on stamping other than I've made the mistakes which my tips address and so in that sense I guess I am an authority.

Why not check the tips out so that you don't waste money, time or resources on stamping if you're about to give it a go and to...

Over on our papercraft blog at www.craftylittleblog.com and on our You Tube channel we are hosting a craft fayre extravaganza! Perhaps that's a little OTT, but we are posting a series of 7 back to back, that's one a day, easy papercraft projects perfect for a craft fayre stand/stall.

They are easy and quick to make projects which mostly use up off cuts and so are really economical and great for busting the stash if you like to have an end of year purge.

So why not pop over and check out what we're getting up to?

Here's a little bit of something different , mixing papercraft with needlecraft by using images from the Birthday Blossoms Stampin' Up! stamp set, applying them to fabric using Stampin' Up! inks and then embroidering over them to make a piece of artwork to grace your wall or to gift.

So simple to do, check out the video for a closer look.

Happy weekend!
