Hand Crafting Fun - Holey Box

May 11, 2017

This week the team I'm in at Stampin' Up! has been tasked with creating and uploading three projects using only DSP (no cardstock) as the basis of each project. Our fab team leader at Stampin' Up!, Ann of Ann's Happy Stampers (go check her out if you're not already following her fab blog and You Tube tutorials) likes to make sure we are getting creative juices flowing when it comes to our paper crafting pursuits.

I've been so busy this week but didn't want to let the side down so I've taken part and thoroughly enjoyed it too! So thank you to Ann for keeping the creativity flowing. This has reminded me that when we get carried away with the behind the scenes business and organisation of our crafting we sometimes forget to find time to actually craft! Making time for crafting is always a good thing to do. Using some creativity and rising to a challenge are both great for stress busting and relaxation. In addition to that it's always a boost to evoke a feeling of accomplishment. The more good vibes we can send ourselves the better.

So this quirky, fun, little holey box is number one and I even managed to write up a PDF tutorial for it in case any beginners our there need some pointers.

I've used retiring DSP for all three projects but they can be made using any good quality papers. There is a product list for everything else used below and clicking on any item will take you to my Stampin' Up! online store. Take a look at clearance and retiring items and grab some bargain fab quality DSP to play with.

Hope you enjoy and thank you so much for dropping in. Get in touch if you need any help with anything related to this project, Stampin' Up! products or becoming a demonstrator yourself.
