Custom Designed Paper

July 30, 2017

One fab thing about handmade gifts is that often they can be customised beyond what you may at first expect. At Crafty Little Things we really do go the extra mile with our customisable gift and special occasion packaging, making the box or bag almost as fabulous a gift as what is inside.

One of the ways we achieve this is by designing paper ourselves to use in making the box or bag. Whether we use stamps and inks to achieve this, watercolouring or if we design something digitally and print it for our customers we always strive to offer something quite unique.

Take a look at a couple of papers which we've designed recently for customers and let us know if you would like something unique to present your gift in.  Even if you don't buy the gift from Crafty Little Things we are able to make boxes and  bags to suit most small to medium sized gifts so get in touch if you're looking for something a touch more personal.

This one was designed for a wedding gift box and was made digitally using large and small hearts in different shades of pink and gray with the bride and groom's names, a little excerpt from the traditional wedding vows and the date of their wedding dotted around.  The little bell motif was from free online image stock. The writing and little wedding bells image were carried over onto a custom candle and the same font was used for a wedding card, tying everything together.

This paper was made for a birthday gift box and was again created digitally. The theme was carried over onto a hand made candle for the occasion.

This paper was made using free stock images and was perfect for a gift tag for a cute little crochet chihuahua which went all the way to the USA. I stamped and punched the circle using Stampin' Up! materials.

These hand stamped papers were all made using Stampin' Up! products. The cute florals made perfect papers for our hug in a mug range of gifts.

This paper was stamped using Stampin' Up! inks and the Pretty Kitty stamp set and then hand watercoloured to create a gorgeous box for a crocheted project.

This paper was again stamped using Stampin' Up! stamps and inks and was for a gorgeous stamped votive candle. It used the Butterfly Basics stamp set.

These final two examples once again use Stampin' Up! stamps and inks to create gorgeous unique gift boxes. Give making your own paper a try, it makes something totally unique and really adds a personal touch to your work.

Thanks for dropping in. Hope Sunday is as sunny everywhere as it is here today!
