Big and Little Crochet Books 8 and 9

June 18, 2018

I'm not sponsored or gifted this part work series by Hachette, but I am loving the Big and Little Crochet series. There were teething troubles in the beginning but things seem to be running very smoothly now and it's so exciting to get that little package through the post each month.

I loved the hexagons for the throw this month too, they are gorgeous and one was a little tricky but the other was pretty straight forward. The yarn colours this time were amazing, I loved them and think I've tracked them down as Rico Aran Creative Cottons which I am definitely going to work with more in the future on my own projects. The colour range is fabulous and they work up so  beautifully in a huge range of different applications.

If you're a beginner or an experienced crocheter I'd recommend this series, the 10 patterns in each book are themed and range from small one sitting projects to larger ones which will take some time and dedication to complete.

Why not give it a go, just search for Big and Little Crochet and sign up starting at book 1. If you need some further support than drop in on my absolute beginners crochet series on my You Tube channel at Crafty Little Things UK. I've linked my review of Books 8 and 9 below.
