Reusable & washable shopping bag

September 10, 2018

This shopping bag is so easy to make, it's a pretty simple mesh and can be made smaller or bigger quite easily. It can also have the handles adapted easily to be a hand held, shoulder or across body strap if you wish.

It folds up really small to fit in a pocket or handbag and yet once you start filling it up it grows and holds lots of good stuff, whether that's shopping or beach stuff for holidays.

This used Marriner Yarns 100% craft cotton in cream which costs just £1.25 for 100gms. I used less than a ball for this whole bag and this is a pretty big one with long shoulder straps.

Why not follow my tutorial and give it a go, you really don't need much skill, this is an easy make for beginners. You can find that by clicking here
